About Eric
Eric Lucal is the Director of Construction Management at Entrada Partners and oversees construction, design, and CAPEX projects for a portfolio of office/flex/industrial properties in San Antonio, Houston and the DFW metroplex. Eric has over 25 years of construction and development experience in commercial real estate with a multitude of project types on a national basis.
Prior to joining Entrada, Eric had been the owner’s representative for national retailers such as The Sports Authority, Office Depot, the TJX Companies and most recently with Ross Stores. Eric also has previously worked as the owner’s representative for large commercial REITs including Brixmor Property Group and Sterling Organization.
Eric is originally from South Florida but has also lived in the Bay Area and Southern California. Eric and his family now live in the DFW area.
